What are Moccasins?

Why did you choose this topic:

I have my own pair of Moccasins and I was able to learn more about them.

Please summarize your experience in researching this project?

I was able to learn about the history behind Moccasins and how they are made and who makes them.

How did you personally connect to this project?

I have my own pair and although I’m not Aboriginal, I am from Canada and that makes moccasins part of my Canadian history.

What are your conclusions about your topic?

I think that it’s cool that the Aboriginal people are keeping their traditions alive and sharing them with others.
